Marketing communications consent
By opting in to receive marketing communications from Ovaro, you agree that we may send you product updates, feature announcements, usage tips and occasional promotions or special offers related to the platform.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings. Choosing to opt out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to use Ovaro or access any of its features.

AI Policy
Purpose of AI use
Ovaro uses artificial intelligence to assist users with tasks such as creating invoices, estimates and receipts, extracting data from text, voice inputs and uploaded receipts, and categorising expenses to improve efficiency and productivity.
Nature of AI outputs
AI-generated outputs are automated and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. These outputs are provided solely as drafting and productivity aids. Users are required to review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in any official or business capacity.
Eligibility
To use Ovaro, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on your own behalf or on behalf of your business. You agree to use Ovaro only for lawful purposes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into Ovaro. You must review all AI-generated outputs before use and ensure that invoices, expenses and records comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Data processing
AI processing may involve trusted third-party providers, including Google, to deliver the requested features. Any data processed through these services is used only for the purpose of providing Ovaro's functionality and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

AI features within Ovaro do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Refund policy
Subscriptions
Ovaro subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free trial
A 7-day free trial is available on the Premium plan. Payment details are collected at sign-up; the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand.
Refund eligibility
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be provided at Ovaro's discretion or where required by applicable law.
